With BodyTree LIVE! Group classes, you can get the same attention from our highly qualified teachers as you would in our studio, while working out at home.

We feature elements of what we used to teach in the past 8 years, integrate them with evidenced based approaches and improve the benefits that each class brings to you. Each class will also feature the uniqueness of our teachers’ approach to Mobility, Strength or Power. 

Our Online LIVE! classes are uniquely designed to bring you a 55 mins class that is packed with a punch. These classes fall under 3 categories: BodyTree Mobility, BodyTree Strength & BodyTree Power.

*Children's class is for the age 7-12 years old. Children above age of 12 are encouraged to attend the other classes.


Terms & Conditions

1. Fees paid are non refundable but transferable.

2. All class bookings and cancellations have to be done in our online booking system.

3. Cancellation of the class has to be done at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Package can be shared amongst family members.

5. BodyTree Group reserves the right to amend the class schedule without advance notice.

6. Your cameras are to be turned on for the duration of the whole class. (We strongly believe in making an impact to your practice and this means our teachers need to watch how you move and make corrections/modifications where necessary.)

I jus want to drop you a note to thank u for setting up the online classes. I attended Tabby’s wed barre class and Jane’s sat shoulder and hip class. Both classes were great! The teachers were very professional and honestly if I were not at home I would hv thought I was at the studio – the quality of instruction was as gd as if we were having face to face classes in the studio. Granted there are limitations of online classes but I feel the teachers were doing their best to observe and correct our postures.


I worked up to a sweat and felt my muscles stretched but sore – something I hvnt felt in a while.

Unwind the Spine was not a fast pace or high intensity session. Instead we were guided through a series of movements to stretch and lengthen our spine and other parts of the body affecting the tightness in our back. Before the Circuit Breaker, I have been attending Daniel’s SAM class on every Wednesday at the studio. Today, I am grateful that I can attend the online class for me to continue my quest for handstand. We worked at strengthening the shoulder girdle and wrists, and spent a lot of time to stretch the forearm – which is essential to prepare for handstand. Tabitha is a very professional trainer. Well knowledge in body anatomy and alignment, hard working and truly cares about people. In group classes, she always make sure she finds time to chat with students after the workout is completed. A friendly and encouraging teacher that teaches us patience and self love. One of her main teaching is small efforts goes a long way.
Indeed if we rush for results, got injured we will have to rest and recover, taking us many steps back.
To go further into learning fitness, I decided to go for private personal training where the trainer understand your problems and limitations as well as strengths to create a customised plan. I understand what all of you might be thinking. Personal training?! Isn't it expensive? Are you sure? Group classes can workout too. Let me say it clearly, it was the best decision I ever made.
Bodytree Pilates is not just a typical fitness company, they are a holistic fitness and wellness studio where trainers have a real calling to help improve lives.
It not only helped me attain my fitness goals but also my long term gastric issues. Wait what? gastric isn't that for doctors? Let me explain.
From Tabitha’s simple ” how are you feeling?” question, I shared my problems. Tabitha listened to my woes and with her good knowledge of holistic wellness, I was recommended to a pain relief clinic.
To put things into context, I had gastric issues since 14 years old and for more than 10 years of visiting specialised gastrology clinics and endoscopies, no doctors could tell me what is wrong. All I was given is medicine to ease the symptoms. Of course eventually, no medicine worked.
The simple act of listening and caring from my trainer freed me from belief that I will never find health and led a normal life. It was simply just gluten intolerance (Celiac disease) and I am actually a healthy young person!
Bodytree trainers indeed have big pool of knowledge and it is worth the personal training price.
Onto the topic of fitness, I found out that what i have been doing was against my body type/condition. From the first few P.T sessions, Tabitha was able to assess that I am a very mobile body and that is why I always get injured with workouts at home or even guided yoga studios. What I need is to strengthen endurance muscles that are useful in holding postures and simple day to day activities, muscles that we never know about, rather than big muscles with big movements that we know of normally. Example a bird dog pose hold versus a burpee.
Would you imagine a holding pose on a mat could be harder than a burpee? Neither was I! Thanks to the good knowledge of my trainer on body anatomy, I could gear myself to a strong body now that I have the right direction.
I truly hope for more people to question and probe more in their health and well being. The freedom to health is so precious, no money or job promotion can replace health and wellness. With health, money and job fulfilment will eventually come, have patience and have love yourself.
I highly recommend trying out Bodytree group as it is definitely a good place to start understanding your problems and then treating them.
Lastly, cheers and a big thank you to Tabitha whom helped me find solutions to my body issues, giving me confidence and hope for the future!

Really enjoyed the online class experience. Have to admit that I was skeptical initially as I imagined virtual class won’t give me as much as actual classes could with teachers correcting your movement verbally and physically. Happy to report it was thoroughly enjoyable. Daniel was quite clear about everything from the start till the end and catch even small details of my movement. While I do miss physical presence of teachers, this is the best class we could get under this unprecedented pandemic situation. Thank you Daniel!

Hi Vera,
I am very happy to be able to get back to my Pilates routines. Sharing with you my views of the pros and cons of online classes from my perspective:
– Save on the traveling time, great
– Limited equipment at home, need to improvise
– Communication with teacher is at a distance, not sure if u could hear or see me clearly. I managed to fix my screen mirror issue so I should be able to see teacher n the movements better in the next classes
– Limited feedback to check posture n movements. I miss the mirrors in the studio. Will try to set up 1 at home. But will help if teacher give more feedback.
– I like the privacy but kinda miss the peer pressure hahah

Overall, it’s a good start. My back (between the scapulas) already started aching this morning 🙂

I was worried about how different it’s from offline class, but quite easy to follow the movement or check my postures via screen, and most importantly great encouragement for me to stretch myself a little bit more, which I can’t do so by myself. Ever since the virus hit the world, I have been stopping my pilates class. It has been a good 3 months that I have not been attending classes. The fact that PBT offers these online classes is really good and makes me feel motivated to go back to the usual healthy routine. Wanting to start slow, I tried the Stretch Flow class with Priscilla. She is really good and her instructions are always so clear that I feel there is not much difference to being in the studio. After 1 lesson with her, I feel much better with the aching back as a result of WFH during this period. Body isn’t so tense and tight after the workout. And I sure know where are my pain points and weak points that I have to work on. Looking forward to the next Stretch Flow Class with her!

Great class! I have been looking for ways to increase mobility in my thoracic spine. The exercises were really effective in helping me recruit all relevant muscles required to build strength and flexibility in the middle and upper back. Tabitha always provided the right verbal cues to help me go further when she thought I could. I will most definitely attend this class again.

Hi Daniel, thanks for the handstand beginner class this morning. I honestly thought this was fantastic! I never imagined it would be possible to provide individualised coaching using Zoom. Honestly thought there would be a cast of thousands in the class and I could hide in the back row 😅. But I was really pleased to have such clear guidance remotely. I did learn that it’s not a good idea to have my dirty feet on a white wall though…Next time I’m wearing socks 🤣
